A new weekly market is bringing fresh produce, meats, dairy, and handcrafted goods to downtown Minden.
The Farm of Cultural Crossroads, in partnership with Moore Hill Farm and Garden, Parish Meat Processing, and several local vendors, has launched the Farm Fresh Food Market. The market takes place every Saturday at 419 E. Union Street.
The event features fresh, locally grown produce, high-quality meats and dairy products, and handmade artisan goods. Organizers say the market aims to support local farmers, food producers, and craftspeople while offering the community healthy, farm-fresh choices.
“As the market grows, they look forward to welcoming even more local artisans and vendors,” organizers stated.
The market is open weekly and encourages residents to “come out, support local, and enjoy the best our region has to offer.”
