By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court of Webster Parish, Louisiana, in the above styled and numbered suit and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction to the last and highest bidder for cash WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law at the principle front door of the Courthouse in the City of Minden, Webster Parish, Louisiana, on ​

LOT NUMBER SIX (6), BLOCK “A”, MARION STREET SUBDIVISION, a subdivision located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4 of NW/4) Section 24, Township 19 North, Range 9 West, Minden, Webster Parish, Louisiana, as per map and plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court, Webster Parish, Louisiana, in Map Book 2, Page 83, together with all improvements thereon and rights thereto belonging. ​ The Municipal Address of the property is 1204 Sibley Road, Minden, LA 71055; SOLD SUBJECT TO ANY SUPERIOR LIENS, MORTGAGES OR PRIVILEGES THERETO. ​

Said property seized is that of the defendant and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in our Honorable Court. ​
