The Farmer’s Market at The Farm is still in full swing, offering fresh, local goods to the community every Saturday morning.
Held from 8 AM until noon at The Farm, located at the corner of E. Union Street and Talton Street, the market features an array of items from area growers and artisans. Shoppers can find seasonal fruits and vegetables, homemade breads, canned items, handmade soaps, and more.
Moore Hill Farm and Garden has also returned for the fall season, bringing locally grown produce back to their booth.
Organizers say the market provides an opportunity not only to purchase fresh foods and unique handmade products but also to support local farmers and small businesses.
The Farmer’s Market will continue each Saturday through the fall, welcoming the community to shop, visit with vendors, and enjoy the atmosphere.
