Monroe Fire Chief Terry Williams, Webster Parish Fire District 3 Chief James Ward, Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo, Doyline Mayor Stephen Bridwell, Monroe Police Chief Quentin Holmes and Doyline Police Chief Robert Hayden were on hand during the dedication ceremony of a fire truck to add to WPFD 3's fleet. The City of Monroe donated the 1996 model to Doyline Wednesday.
