City, council recognizes ball champs

The Minden City Council recognized the Dixie Angels Softball All-Stars and the Dixie Youth Majors Baseball All-Stars as the 2017 Louisiana Dixie Angels Softball State Champions and the 2017 Louisiana Dixie Youth Majors Baseball Champions, respectively, Tuesday. In their honor, a reception followed in the Minden Civic Center.
