Breaking: Council passes raises for City employees

The Minden City Council passed raises for numerous City employees Monday morning, from the police and fire department to part-time employees. Mayor Tommy Davis said the goal is to fix “inequities” by bringing everyone who does the same job across the city into the same pay range.
