Funeral services for Geraldine Hunter, 68, of Doyline, LA will be held Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in Rockett Funeral Home Chapel, Ringgold, LA. Officiating will be Bro. Michael Sanders. Burial will follow in Madden Cemetery, Heflin, LA. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until service time at Rockett Funeral Home, Ringgold, LA.
Mrs. Hunter was born November 6, 1950 in Shreveport, LA and passed away March 18, 2019 at her residence in Doyline, LA.
Left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert Powell of Doyline, LA; daughters, Dora Lynn Pritchard of Converse, LA, Billie Shady and husband, John of Heflin, LA, and Kathy Woodard and husband, Patrick of Minden, LA; special granddaughter, Katelyn Hunter of Doyline, LA and seven other grandchildren; brother, Ted Brewster of Shreveport, LA; sister, Carol Brewster of Joplin, MO and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be T. J. Brewster, Jr, Brian Brewster, Patrick Woodard, and Michael Livernoche.
