We were honored to host the ribbon cutting for “Little Free Pantry Louisiana.” on Friday, September 1, 2023, here at the Webster Parish Council on Aging. Ethan Jeffus is the young man behind the mission of feeding the hungry and ensuring food is accessible to those in need across the State of Louisiana. A small box pantry was placed in the parking lot of the Webster Parish Council on Aging this past week, and it allows those in need of free food and other essential items anytime access.
The Little Free Pantry is sponsored by the Citizen’s National Bank of Minden. Ethan and several of the community leaders were present for the ribbon cutting.
Anyone can contribute to the little pantry at any time. It is accessible to anyone in need.
