Christmas Camp returns to Camp Caney December 6-8

by Amber McDown

Camp Caney is gearing up for a weekend of festive fun and spiritual reflection with its Christmas Camp, scheduled for December 6-8. Designed for students in grades 3-6, the overnight camp promises a celebration of Christmas traditions and the birth of Jesus.

The weekend’s activities will include small group discussions, holiday worship, a candlelight service, and a birthday party for Jesus. Campers can look forward to festive games, cookie decorating, a pajama movie night with hot cocoa, ornament and tree decorating, caroling, crafts, and even a gift exchange. Participants will also take part in packing food pantry bags, blending fun with community service.

Christmas Camp offers a unique opportunity for children to celebrate the season’s traditions while deepening their understanding of its true meaning.

The camp fee is $150, and the experience is expected to create lasting memories for attendees. Parents are encouraged to register their children early at campcaney.com/christmascamp.
