Minden native Peyton Gulley received his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School at the commencement exercises held Sunday, June 14.
After graduating from Minden High School in 2006, Gulley studied at Tulane University in New Orleans earning a double major in Finance and Business Law. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Following graduation from Tulane, Gulley taught geometry and algebra II in Dallas with Teach For America.
In July, Gulley plans to sit for the New York State Bar exam before taking a position at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom in New York City, working in Mergers & Acquisitions.
