Funeral services for Anita Eagles Darbonne will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Point Chapel Assembly of God Church in Doyline, Louisiana with Bro. Bill Stroud officiating. Interment will follow at Point Chapel Cemetery in Doyline under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana.
Anita was born March 12, 1937 in Winnfield, Louisiana and entered into rest, November 23, 2018 in Doyline, Louisiana. She will be missed by many friends and co-workers after serving nearly four decades at Minden Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cecilia Darbonne, father, Edward P. Eagles, mother, Juanita Eagles, and brother, Tommy Joe Eagles.
She is survived by her sons; Bubba Darbonne of Doyline, Sam Darbonne of Bossier City, David Darbonne of Doyline, and Noah Stone of Houston, Texas, daughters; Diedre Evans of Uncertain, Texas, and Dot Dodd of Doyline, brother; Marion “Bo” Eagles, ten grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
