Minden Police Department

Latwan Winston, 32, 1400 block of Lewisville Road in Minden. Charged with domestic abuse battery with child endangerment and domestic abuse aggravated assault with child endangerment.

Jefferson L. Markray, 57, 200 block of N. Middle Landing in Minden. Charged with sexual battery.

Joseph Short, 17, 1100 block of Shreveport Road in Minden. Charged with simple burglary and simple theft.

Bobby Ray Tobin, 44, 1300 block of Sheppard Street in Minden. Charged with hit and run and no insurance.

WIlliam P. Reeves, 26, 200 block of Oil Tank Road in Sibley. Charged with careless operation, modified exhaust, following too close, no
insurance, expired inspection sticker, and public intoxication.

Robert Batton, 53, 100 block of Southfield Park in Minden. Charged with possession of marijuana (fourth offense), possession of paraphernalia,
obstruction, and disturbing the peace by intoxication.

Latrunda Germany, 30, 100 block of NE Natchitoches in Sibley. Charged with principle aggravated assault with firearm.

Jeremy McClendon, 29, 100 block of Eisenhower Drive in Minden. Charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.

Terrance Edwards, 34, 500 block of Ash Street in Minden. Charged with three counts of driving under suspension, no license plate light, and no
insurance. Fugitive from Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Latavion Seamster, 22, 1100 block of Cherry Street in Minden. Charged with possession of Schedule II CDS.

Richano Vanterio Fisher V, 40, 700 block of Shreveport Road in Minden. Charged with disturbing the peace by intoxication and terrorizing.

Springhill Police Department

Larry Houck, 32, 100 block of Sharon Drive in Leesville. Charged with theft.

Michael Paschall, 41, 100 block of Machen Drive in Springhill. Charged with no seat belt and expired driver’s license.

Gavin Ascencio, 21, 1600 block of Williamsburg Drive in Bossier. Charged with speeding and contempt of court.

Moderique Miller, 27, 100 block of Hunter Street in Homer. Charged with domestic abuse battery and simple battery.

Sonya Johnson, 35, 40 block of Lafayette 5201 in Taylor, Arkansas. Charged with issuing of worthless checks (felony).

Ebone Crockett, 26, 60 block of Columbia Road 156 in Waldo, Arkansas. Charged with possession of a Schedule I CDS and resisting an officer.

Carmela Specks, 19, 200 block of Mullen Street in Cotton Valley. Charged with possession of Schedule I CDS.

Martez Specks, 17, 400 block of 4th Street SE in Springhill. Charged with possession of Schedule I CDS.

Michael Vaughn, 27, 600 block of East Spring Street in Taylor, Arkansas. Charged with possession with intent to distribute of methamphetamine.

Jobbie Peters, 52, 200 block of Virginia Avenue in Minden. Charged with aggravated second degree battery.

Kevin Jackson, 26, 500 block of Penal Farm in Minden. Charged with domestic abuse battery and criminal damage to property.

Charles Shehee, 44, 4800 block of San Antone in Bossier. Charged with failure to register and notify.

Rankin Thomas, 33, 800 block of Elm Street in Minden. Charged with two counts of criminal negligence of family.

Tina Smith, 38, 1000 block of College Street in Doyline. Fugitive from Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Justin Humphrey, 34, 200 block of Timothy Church Road in Springhill. Charged with domestic abuse battery.
