Harris, 45, of the 26,000 block of Highway 371 in Sarepta, was charged with possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana), possession of Schedule II CDS with intent to distribute (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance.
Brandon Scott Day, 31, of the 200 block of Church Street in Sarepta, was charged with possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Earl Yarbrough, 62, of the 800 block of Middle Road, was charged with disturbing the peace by intoxication.
