An At Home store opened Wednesday at 70th Street and Fern Avenue in Shreveport.
The store is the company’s fourth in Louisiana and its first in north Louisiana. The others are in Kenner, Lafayette and Slidell.
The store will bring 25 jobs to Shreveport, the company said. The company is based in Plano, Texas.
The new location features 100,000 square feet with more than 50,000 home décor items including furniture, mirrors, rugs, art and housewares to tabletop, patio and seasonal items, the company said.
Stores are set up to present room vignettes that are updated to showcase trends and seasonal items. More than 400 new products are brought in each week to provide inspiration, the company said.
The company has scheduled a grand opening for Saturday, Sept. 16, with mystery gift card giveaways valued between $20 and $200 to the first 50 people in line.
