Rita Coleman, author of “God’s Hand and Order,” would like to express her appreciation to everyone who came to her book signing as well as the staff of Webster Parish Libraries.
“I appreciate the staff of this facility for allowing me to have my third book-signing on August 4,” said Coleman. “I’m grateful for your efforts in helping me market my book.”
“God’s Hand and Order” — Coleman’s story of growing up as one of seven children in Springhill, her struggles with the transition in school during desegregation, and the teachers and community members who helped her through it — is Coleman’s first published book. She plans to have a short story about how she knows God hears her published by Christmas.
