Magan Billups is the daughter of Kristal Bolyer and Dennis Billups.
She is a senior at Minden High School and plans to attend the University of Louisiana Monroe and major in nursing.
During her freshman year, she placed in both district and in state in a choir competition.
Magan is the the oldest of five, having two brothers and two sisters.
She is a two-year member of the MHS Louisi-Annes, a two-year member of the MHS Grig Staff, a member of Junior Ring Staff and a member of Prom Committee.
The Miss Minden Pageant will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5 at the Minden Civic Center.
Tickets are $10 and on sale at Al-N-Way Cleaners, located at 410 Homer Road. Children two years of age and under get in free. Tickets will also be available at the door the day of the pageant.
