Bowen speaks at Lions Club

Jeri Bowen was the guest speaker of the Minden Lions Clubs Thursday afternoon. She discussed the problems with domestic violence and the center that was created for helping resolve the issues involving domestic violence. The center is under the provisions of District Attorney Schuyler Marvin’s office. The Family Justice Center of Northwest Louisiana  provides technical assistance, consulting services, and resources to communities around the world. They are the clearinghouse, research center, and national affiliation organization for Family Justice Centers and other Multi-Agency Centers serving survivors of interpersonal violence.
