Bullock to speak at Lions Club Thursday

William Bullock will speak on Civil War History at the Minden Lions Club Thursday November 21 at noon. Mr. Bullock is an honor graduate of Ohio University with a B.A. in Management and M.A. in Social Sciences. He has 40 years experience in Personnel Management and Labor Relations. He enjoys Civil War History, coin collecting, biking, gardening and poetry.
