Campbell visits Grambling to celebrate grant

Public Service Commissioner Foster Campbell visited Grambling State University last night to celebrate GSU’s award of a $462,508 Public Service Commission grant for energy efficiency.  During the visit Foster met with GSU President Rick Gallot and GSU alum Willis Reed Jr., one of the “50 Greatest Players in NBA History” for his 1964-74 career with the New York Knicks.  Mr. Reed grew up in Bernice in Union Parish and now resides in Grambling.
