Memorial service for Carl “CC” Johnson was held at 1 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, at Gardens of Memory in Minden, with Bear Wallace officiating.
Carl was born May 2, 1947, in Tickfaw and entered into rest Nov. 28, 2014, in Minden.
His parents, Cleo and Hazel Johnson; brother, Vaughn Johnson; and nephew, Keith Johnson preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son, Jeremiah Blu Johnson of Minden; sisters, Brenda Bernard of Minden, Dianne Wilthies of Minden and Kathy Strickland and husband, Mark of Minden; brothers, Van Johnson and Vickie of Minden, Tommy Johnson and wife, Lori of Bossier City and Ed Johnson and wife, Sara of Shreveport; grandchildren, Tyler Johnson and wife, Sammie and Londyn Blu Johnson; great-grandchild, Connor Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
