Charles F. Bailey’s funeral will be held at Mayflower Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17. The viewing will be at Benevolent Funeral Home from 10 until 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16.
Bro. Charles F. Bailey was born to the late John M. and Evelyn Bailey on Dec. 26, 1956. He was one of nine children.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Raymond Bailey, Crevell Moody, and Eddie J. Moody. Bro. Charles was a member at the Mayflower Baptist Church where he served faithfully as an usher.
Bro. Charles departed life on Oct. 11, 2015. He leaves to cherish his memory, three sisters: Gloria Qualls of Dallas; Lois West (Richard) of Minden; and Doris Stephens (Ivory) of Athens; two brothers: Johnny C. Moody (Leona) of Los Angeles; and Bobby Bailey (Andrewlynn) of Dallas and a host of nieces and nephews.
