Dominick – Madden united in marriage

Miss Leah Nicole Dominick of Mira, Louisiana and Mr. Jake Conrad Madden of Minden were united in marriage at six o’clock in the evening on Saturday, Nov. 7 at Couch Chapel at First United Methodist Church of Shreveport. The ceremony was officiated by Dr. Jonathan Beck. Ceremony music was performed by E. Ray Peebles, organist. Floral arrangements were designed by Missy Moore at New Beginnings of Vivian, Louisiana. Photography was provided by Legacy Photography and Graphic Design of Shreveport.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Dominick of Mira, Louisiana. The groom is the son of Mr. John Madden of Minden and Ms. Andrea Madden of Shreveport.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown designed by Lazaro. The ball gown featured a sweetheart neckline, sheer alencon lace bodice, dropped waist and a voluminous layered organza skirt with a chapel train. The bride carried a beautiful bouquet of vendela roses, hydrangeas and peonies with pearl accents.

The bride was attended by her maid of honor, Christine Huddleston. Bridesmaids were Kaci Anderson, Caroline Caldwell, Bailee Hurley and Olivia Showalter. Emily Bryan, cousin of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid. Levi Madden served as best man. Groomsmen were Jake Byrd, Brandon Dominick, Greg Greathouse, Adam Hurley and Jake Slocum. Joseph Adcock served as an usher.

A reception followed at Shreveport Country Club. Entertainment was provided by the band, Harmon Drew Super Group, of Minden. The bride’s cake was created by Silver Palate and the groom’s cake was created by Georgie Girl Cakery. Food was provided by Shreveport Country Club. Wedding details were coordinated by Missy Moore of Vivian.

Following a honeymoon in Canada, the couple will make their home in Minden.
