Graveside services for Don Stanley will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, at Doyline Cemetery in Doyline, under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden with the Rev. Buster Bailey officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Don was born May 28, 1943 in Shreveport and entered into rest Nov. 12, 2014, in Doyline. He was a retired maintenance foreman with Louisiana State Parks and a member of the Korean American Legion.
His parents, Clyde and Carol Stanley and brothers, Larry and Milton Stanley preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Stanley of Doyline; sons, Shannon Stanley and Jodey Taylor of Doyline; daughter, Teresa Stanley of Doyline; sister-in-law, Linda Stanley of Doyline; brothers, Clyde L. Stanley and wife, Betty, Galen Stanley of Doyline and Dick Cross and wife, Linda of New Jersey; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Blake Stanley, Colton Stanley, Erik Dutton, Lance Spicer, Richard Dick and Brandon Elliott.
Honorary pallbearer will be Mark Spicer.
