The Dorcheat Soil and Water Conservation District will hold their annual Tree Sale benefitting their Scholarship program on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 8:00 AM until 12:00PM. The sale will be held at the USDA-NRCS
Service Center parking lot, 216 B Broadway Street, Minden, LA.
The seedlings are bareroot and not in pots. Seedlings are sold on a first come, first serve basis. No orders or holds.
$3.00 each– Baldcypress, sawtooth oak, persimmon, sweet pecan, red maple,white dogwood, mayhaw, black walnut, tulip tree, weeping willow, red mulberry, mayhaw, live oak, river birch, Southern magnolia and Sweet Bay magnolia.
$4.00 each – Double red althea, double white althea, blue hydrangea
Red crape myrtle, White crape myrtle, white fringetree.
$5.00 – Muscadine Grape
$8.00 – Premier Blueberry, Powder blue blueberry, Fredonia grape, Niagara grape, blackberry, red raspberry, and pink flowering dogwood.
$10.00 – Yellow delicious apple, Granny Smith apple, Burbank plum, Santa Rosa plum, Loring peach, RedSkin peach, Orient pear, Moonglow pear.
