Ebarb speaks to Lions Club

Chief David Ebarb, Shreveport Regional Airport fire chief, was the guest speaker for the Minden Lions Club on Thursday afternoon. He discussed how Minden and first response, with emergency management, can come together to make a success for the city. Ebarb discussed how the local Minden airport could benefit the city by creating landing fees for planes to land there. He also discussed how there are other emergency response procedure that could benefit the city of Minden.
