Graveside services for Edwina Siehl York McDaniel will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Edwina “Grandma” was born September 28th in Brainerd, Minn. And entered into rest January 5, 2018. A date of birth will not be listed because Grandma has always been 29 years old. “If I’m going to lie, I’m going to lie big.”
Edwina is preceded in death by her husband William Charles York of 20 years and Charles McDaniel of 30 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Bass; her grandchildren, Jeremy Ward, Carly Ward, Lindsey Ward, Kevin Bass, and four great-grandchildren.
