Funeral services for Elizabeth Pearl Martin Thomas were at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Brushwood United Methodist Church in Dubberly with the Rev. Michelle Harris officiating.
Interment followed at Brushwood Cemetery under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. The family received friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Pearl was born Jan. 22, 1924 in Newfoundland, Canada and entered into rest June 23, 2016 in Dubberly.
She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Martin and Mary Joseph Simon, husband John C. Thomas Jr, and nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son James (Jim) Thomas and wife Annette of Dubberly, daughters Linda Thomas Megehee of Dubberly, Judy Thomas Bailey of Dubberly, Dianne Thomas Futch and husband Eddie of Doyline, grandchildren Jennifer Walker, Joel Thomas, Tiffany Bailey, Thomas Bailey, Sam Megehee, Taylor Futch and Angelina Futch and eight great-grandchildren.
