Evening Star C.M.E. Church to host community meeting on public office responsibilities

The Evening Star C.M.E. Church, located at 1103 Henrietta White Blvd., will host a community meeting on Sunday, July 14, at 2:30 PM. The meeting will focus on the duties and responsibilities of individuals planning to qualify and run for public office in Cullen, Louisiana.

The event will feature special guests Wayne McMahen, State Representative for Webster Parish District 10; Daryl Joy Walters, State Representative for Caddo Parish District 4; and Rashid Armand Young, State Representative for Bienville, Claiborne, and Lincoln Parishes District 11. This meeting aims to educate potential candidates on the essential aspects of running for public office, providing them with valuable insights from experienced state representatives.
