Funeral services for Mrs. Florene Grace Franklin, 85, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Huey
Mayfield and Mr. Keith Shofner officiating. Interment will follow in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home in Springhill.
Visitation will be held beginning at 10 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Franklin was born August 14, 1929, to James Louis and Vanna Bell McCarroll Haynes in Bradley, Ark. and passed away Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, in Springhill.
She was a former resident of Bradley, and a resident of Springhill since 1964. She was a faithful member of North Arkansas Street Church of Christ and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Kaye Lallman and husband, Wayne of Pineville and Karen McCoy and husband, Wayne of Hope, Ark; sons, Kenneth Franklin and wife, Sandra of Taylor, Ark. and Lowell Wayne Franklin and wife, Carolyn of Georgetown, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Howard Haynes of Shreveport and Ernest Haynes of Dallas, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Alvis Kenneth Franklin on Feb. 1, 2012; her parents, a sister and four brothers.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Franklin, Joe Franklin, Bo Franklin, Eddie Dunn, Jeremy Miller and Troy Antee.
