Lots of action around Webster on Friday night, and Lakeside is getting ready for their second early-season tournament championship game tonight at Haughton.

Carroll 46 – Minden 39 (girls)

After a strong performance in their first game of the Ouachita Tournament on Thursday, the Lady Tiders found it difficult to score in a seven-point loss to Carroll on Friday night.

Doyline 49 – Epps 30 (girls)

Tadea Rabb led the Lady Panthers with 18 points in a win over Epps in the Epps Tournament on Friday night on the road.

Unnika Miller pitched in a big game with 17 to help Doyline improve to 7-7 this season.

Doyline 85 – Epps 60 (boys)

Doyline had a big game from Decari Markray in a 25-point win where the Panthers only scored four points in the fourth quarter as they turned off the gas.

Doyline got a huge first half from Markray, who put up 26 points in the first half alone. Jamaria Clark had 18 for the Panthers.

The Panthers improve to 11-2.
