Gerald Holland: Changing places, Jan 6-7, 2024

Tourists swarm Europe these days, and many of them go to the Mediterranean region to view what’s left of magnificent structures built by ancestral peoples. These structures are now called ruins. The reason they are ruins is because they were ruined by invaders in mass migrations.

In his book, How Migration Really Works, Mr. Hein de Haas, asserts that mass migration is of no consequence to cultures and civilizations, as shown by history and selected data. I am sure he is wrong. Mass migrations, legal and illegal, have destroyed nations, empires, cities and towns. In current times mass migration turned California from a state that had a competitive multi-party political system into a one-party far-left tyranny that isn’t likely ever to return to sane democracy. The ongoing mass invasion of the U S at the 2023 rate will bring 30,000,000 invaders to the U S in ten years and will certainly Californiate the rest of the United States. This is not spontaneous. It is by the design of people who plan.to fundamentally change America.

The fact that mass migrations have drastically changed civilizations and cultures seems hardly debatable. Examples abound:

Historically, the Late Bronze Age Collapse was caused by mass migration. Every settlement of any size in the Eastern Mediterranean region was destroyed as mass migration collapsed civilization. The ancient Greek Dark Age was caused by mass migration.

Mass migrations of Huns, Goths, Franks, Vandals and other barbarian tribes destroyed the Western Roman Empire, and the Western World’s Dark Ages began. Human advances stalled for more than a thousand years. The Latin language’s demise was caused by mass migration. Winston Churchill observed that after barbarian migrations caused Rome’s collapse in about 500 A D the human condition cratered and did not begin to improve until the mid-Nineteenth Century.

The Western Hemisphere is called “the Americas” because of mass migration from Europe. Everything and everyone in pre-European-contact America was changed or destroyed at the will and actions of European invaders, undoubtedly, for the greater good, but nevertheless remade by mass migration.
