In the boys events, it was sophomore Da’Maza Robinson who made the biggest waves at South State.

Robinson, running in three races, qualified for state in every event he ran.

Robinson won the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash, separating himself from the field.

He also placed third in the 100-meter dash, qualifying him for all three events at State next weekend.

Cade Clemons placed fourth in the 1600-meter run which also qualified him for State. The 4×400 relay team qualified also. Members of the relay team are Marshall Meek, Cody Chase, Beau Branch, and Damaza Robinson.
