Hardy accepts position at Ruston High

by Minden Press-Herald

Johnathan Hardy, the man who led Glenbrook on an unprecedented six-year run in baseball, has accepted an assistant coaching position at 5A Ruston High School.

During his time with the Apaches Hardy left an indelible mark on the program, competing for three straight state championships from 2011-2013, winning it all in 2012, while finishing as runner-up in 2011 and 2013.

Hardy also set a single season record for wins, recording 28 in 2012. He leaves Glenbrook with an astounding 129-40 record.

Glenbrook Athletic Director Jeff Dalton said Glenbrook will not rush to hire a replacement.
