NORTH WEBSTER NOTES: Knights went 4-7 last season … North Webster lost to Homer 18-6 and tied Haynesville 0-0 in jamboree last week … QB Justin Stewart, a returning starter, threw a TD pass against Homer … Knights were without their starting RB and S in the jamboree … North Webster rallied from a 20-7 third-quarter deficit last year … Stewart scored tying TD with 10 seconds left.

JONESBORO-HODGE NOTES: Tigers went 9-4 last season and lost to eventual champion Haynesville in the non-select Division IV quarterfinals … Jonesboro-Hodge tied Beekman Charter 14-14 in jamboree last week … According to Louisiana Football Magazine, Jonesboro-Hodge lost seven two-way starters to graduation … The Tigers have good size on the line including two-way players Noah Murphy (6-1, 285) and Michael Malone (6-5, 325).
