High school girls basketball: Minden, Lakeside, North Webster win

The Minden Lady Tiders, Lakeside Lady Warriors and North Webster Lady Knights were all winners Tuesday night.

Minden defeated Loyola 48-14 in Shreveport, Lakeside downed Haynesville 50-32 at Haynesville and North Webster defeated North Caddo 50-31 in Vivian.

At Loyola, Brooklyn Jefferson led Minden with 21 points. She also had 10 rebounds and four steals.

Travesti Byrd scored nine points and had six rebounds, five assists and three steals. Mia Feaster had eight points, five steals and two assists.

Minden (7-9) visits Richwood Friday.

At Haynesville, Lakeside picked up its third victory. The Lady Warriors host Castor Thursday. 

At North Caddo, North Webster improved to 9-6. The Lady Knights host Providence Classical Academy Thursday.
