The Lakeside Lady Warriors defeated Byrd 16-0 in the Lakeside tournament Friday.
Elsewhere, Minden fell to Captain Shreve 8-5 at Minden.
At Lakeside, Emily Jones went 3-for-4 with five RBI in the three-inning game.
Peyton Wood, Ella Wood and Raleah Harris all went 2-for-3 with doubles and three RBI. Ella Wood gave up one hit, struck out five and walked none.
Lakeside (10-4) plays Downsville at 9 a.m. and Cedar Creek at 5 p.m. in the tournament Saturday.
At Minden, Roikia Dotie had two of the Lady Tiders’ four hits. Tatum Oliver had two RBI. Lindsay Ryan allowed two hits, struck out eight and walked one in four innings of relief.
Minden dropped to 5-5. Captain Shreve improved to 6-9.
