Hollan Randle was named the 2026 Terry L. Gardner Young Professional of the Year during the Greater Minden Chamber’s annual 15 Under 40 Awards Gala on Saturday, October 3, at the Minden Civic Center.
The event, presented by TG Companies, LLC, recognized 15 young professionals for their achievements, leadership, service, and contributions to the Greater Minden community. Mandi Hart and Lindsay McClaran served as emcees for the evening, which carried the theme “The Next Chapter.”
“Tonight we have the privilege of recognizing fifteen outstanding young professionals who are making their mark on Greater Minden through their careers, their leadership, their service, and their commitment to our community,” said Hart. “Our theme is The Next Chapter, and tonight’s honorees are a perfect reflection of that. They are building businesses, growing careers, serving others, raising families, creating opportunities, and helping write what comes next in Greater Minden.”
Randle, who was born and raised in Minden, serves as a benefits consultant with Louisiana Benefits Group and works as a registered nurse in the pediatric trauma ICU at Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport. She also volunteers with several organizations, including the St. Jude Diamond Open, LifeShare, and the Minden Foundation.
During her introduction, Hart shared that Randle briefly moved away after graduating before deciding to return to her hometown.
“Time away helped her realize that the close-knit community she had grown up with was something pretty special, and something she eventually wanted to be a part of again.”
Hart also highlighted Randle’s hopes for the community’s future.
“Looking ahead, Hollan hopes Minden continues creating opportunities for young people to build careers, businesses, and lives here. She wants young professionals to know that there is a place for them at the table and that their ideas matter.”
The Young Professional of the Year Award was presented to Randle by Neisa Murray, the 2025 recipient.
In addition to Randle, the 2026 15 Under 40 honorees included Laci Campbell, Moore Veterinary Clinic; Hayden Finley, Lakeside Junior/Senior High School; Caitlin Gerding, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center; Morgan Hall, Tone Trainer SLP, LLC; Jared Miller, SelectDrive; Dr. Annie Moore, Moore Veterinary Clinic; Jamarea Moore, 3Jays Tax Service; Heather Morrison, The Mosaic Company; Michael Newman, Clean Cuts Outdoor Maintenance; Indigo Patterson, Webster Junior High School; Maty Perez, Roots Beauty Room, LLC; Levi Pruitt, Minden Medical Center; Joshua Stahl, GMS Tax & Accounting; and Matthew Wiggins, Wiggins Construction & Remodeling, LLC.

Greater Minden Chamber President and CEO Stephanie Barnette closed the evening by reflecting on the accomplishments of this year’s honorees and their role in the community’s future.
“Tonight’s theme is The Next Chapter, and if the fifteen people we recognized tonight are any indication, Greater Minden has some pretty exciting chapters still to come.”
