Karen’s Korner: Valentine’s Day

by Minden Press-Herald

Karen’s Korner,

Since we are coming up on Valentine’s Day, I was reading different stories about how seniors look at Valentine’s Day. For some, it is not a very happy day because their spouse is no longer with them, they have lost their family members, or they have experienced other losses as well. But it still can represent a day of love and reflection for all. So, I thought I would find some joy for us all on Valentine’s Day, as well as every day of the year.

Every day is an opportunity to share the perfect words to make someone’s day extra special. The right message can strengthen connections and bring smiles, no matter the circumstances. Here are some inspirational messages for seniors, from warm and meaningful to lighthearted. They are heartfelt and unique and designed to express your thoughts perfectly. Let these messages inspire you to spread kindness, love, and appreciation!  (Some copied from Cozy Wishes)
