The Kids Outdoor Zone (KOZ), an outdoor ministry for boys, held a kayaking outing on Bayou Dorcheat on August 17. The program, run by men from different local churches, provides a mentoring opportunity for boys one Saturday morning each month. Participants enjoyed a day of kayaking, getting wet and dirty, and appreciating the beauty of nature.
KOZ’s mission is to offer boys a chance to connect with the outdoors while building relationships and fostering personal growth through outdoor activities.
