Funeral services for Les Baker will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden with the Rev. Gary Faircloth officiating. Interment will follow at Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Heflin. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.

Les was born Sept. 7, 1937 in DeKalb, Texas and entered into rest May 4, 2016 in Heflin. Les served his country in the United States Air Force, was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ringgold, a Mason with Dorcheat Lodge #276, a member of Webster Bass Masters for 35 years, past owner and operator of Hi Fashion Beauty Salon, and owner and operator of Baker Lumber Company.

He was preceded in death by is grandson Christian Farrell.

He is survived by; the mother of his children Linda Baker of Ringgold, his son Bruce Lee Baker and wife Annette of Minden, daughters Wendy Frizzell and husband James of Sibley, Ginger Chandler and husband Lester of Dubberly, sister Daisy Rodriguez and husband Eden of El Paso, Texas, brother Albert Baker and wife Carla of Doyline, grandchildren D.J. Thomas, Justin Baker, Hunter Chandler, Abigail and Anna Baker, Colin, Chance, Keegan, Kambree, and Cash Frizzell, Autumn Nail, Whitney and Conner Farrell, six great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and members of Webster Bass Masters.
