Letter to the Editor: Birthright citizenship

If the Supreme Court decides in favor of birthright citizenship, that means the United States of America is the only country in the world that cannot decide who can be a citizen of the United States.

Every other nation, ethnicity, tribe or criminal group can so decide, but not the government of the U. S.

The Chinese Communist Party can decide who can be a citizen of the U. S., and they are doing so by the thousands with birthright tourism to U. S. birthing sites. The birthright U. S. citizens are taken back to China where they are most likely to be trained as agents of the CCP. At any time of the CCP’s choosing they can return to the U. S. as secret agents of China.  Mexican drug lords can and are deciding who can be a U. S. citizen by sending their pregnant women across the Southern border to give birth in U. S. hospitals. Any place on earth can have an American citizen baby brought home to them by helping their expectant mothers get into the U. S. to drop their babies. It’s not only that they CAN do that, but that they ARE doing it. Approximately 250,000 babies born in the U. S. each year are born to illegal migrants.

This will be the status quo if the Supreme Court continues to misapply the 14th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution in the guise of “stare decisis” precedent.
