Funeral services celebrating the life of Linda “Sue” Miller were held Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Mike Wilkes officiating. Interment followed at Brushwood Cemetery in Dubberly, Louisiana. The family received friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Linda was born January 16, 1941, in Little Rock, Arkansas and entered into rest May 28, 2022, in Minden, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Coy and Calvin Smith; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lucille and Duncan Miller; daughter, Linda Beth Smith; sister, Diann Hoyle; brother, Terry (Buddy) Smith; four great-grandchildren, and numerous in-laws.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jerry W. “Billy” Miller; Johnny and Keitha Miller, Bryan (Tony) and Ronda Miller, Kathryn (Josie) and Brock Davidson, 14 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; sisters, Margie and Carl Pritchard, Jenny and Jimmy Henry, Pam and Bill Stanley; brother Jerry Smith; brother-in-law William Oral Hoyle; sister-in-law Helen and John Swilley; and numerous nieces and nephews .
Pallbearers will be Jerrimy Miller, Bryan (Tony) Miller II, Paul Davis, Tyler Davis, Christopher Montoya, Barry Knotts, Clay Miller, and Robert Evans.
