Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation Executive Director Chris Carlone (pictured left) is presented with 401 pairs of eyeglasses by Lion Jerry Madden of the Minden Lions Club. Eyeglasses were collected in the community over the past year. A special thank you to all who supported this worthy project! Minden Lions continue to collect new and used eyeglasses to benefit those in need. You may drop them off at the American Legion Hall (Thursdays at noon), b1BANK or Gibsland Bank & Trust.
