After District Deputy Grand Master of District 2 Wayne King spoke on the historical and biblical values of honesty and integrity, Masonic Lodge #51 recognized 10 students Tuesday at the Mason’s “Honesty and Integrity Awards.” Honorees were chosen not for their grades, but for the substance of their character. “We look for youth who stand out as kind and show an aptitude for goodness,” Post Master Gary Carter said. The award is the highest youth can recieve from the Free and Accepted Free Masons.

A certificate, a key charm and a personalized Holy Bible were awarded to the honored students.
