E.S. Richardson Elementary School Student of the Year, Kaleb Stephens, is demonstrating excellence in his school, community, and athletics. The 10-year-old son of Kiandrea Carter and Antaveous Stephens, Kaleb is a leader who balances academics, extracurricular activities, and a promising athletic career.

Kaleb is currently an advanced student and a newly inducted member of the National Elementary Honor Society. Gifted and talented in the arts, he participates in the E. S. Richardson Cheer Squad, Lighthouse Group, and Choir. He is also a member of King Solomon Baptist Church and the F.L.A.M.E. Youth Group under Pastor Rodney Williams and Shammia Williams.

Athletically, Kaleb’s skills are earning him invitations to compete at a national level. He has been invited to play football in Lafayette, Louisiana; Nashville, Tennessee; and Orlando, Florida, through the All American True Talent Football program. Additionally, he has been asked to play in Desoto, Texas, under the All America D-1 Football Association. Locally, he enjoys playing basketball and baseball with his recreation center.

Despite his athletic success, Kaleb prioritizes education and views it as the key to success. With aspirations of becoming an engineer, Kaleb is already making strides as a role model in his community.
