Graveside services for Magdalene “Munny” Badgett Ward will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Gardens of Memory in Minden under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. Officiating will be the Rev. Brian Mercer. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2015, before the service at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
Magdalene was born July 31, 1910 in Sherman, Texas, and entered into rest July 8, 2015 in Dallas, Texas.
She is survived by her son Buddy Ward and wife Elaine of Minden, grandchildren Kyle Ward and wife Amy of Houston, Texas, Kristen Williamson and husband Tom of Dallas, Texas, great-grandchildren Owen and Bennett Williamson of Dallas, Texas, Estella and Elise Ward of Houston, Texas, special nephew Dr. Robert Thompson and wife Debbie of Dallas, Texas, special nieces Nancy Beth Wood and husband Joel of Germantown, Tennessee, Susan Badgett of Little Rock, Arkansas and a number of other nieces and nephews.
