The Minden High School Crimson Tide and Webster Parish Junior High Wolves football teams will hold a meet the Tide and Wolves event at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Pit.
Minden High School will open the season at 7 p.m. Sept. 3 as the Crimson Tide plays host to Parkway.
Webster Junior High will play their first game at 5 p.m. tonight against Caddo Middle Magnet at the MHS Stadium in a contest that will feature only one game combining both seventh and eighth grade players.
The remainder of the Wolves’ schedule will feature a seventh grade game followed by an eighth grade game starting at 5 p.m on each playing date.
Webster Junior High will play at North Desoto on Sept. 7, at home against Rusheon Sept. 14, at Haughton on Sept. 21 and at home against Green Acres on Sept. 28.
The Wolves will then play Elm Grove at home on Oct. 5 and at Cope on Oct. 19 before closing out the season vs. Benton at home on Oct. 26.
