Mia Rosalina Barajaz, age 16, went to peacefully rest in the arms of our gracious heavenly Father on Sunday, November 4, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born April 13, 2002 on Lackland Air Force Base and went on to touch so many lives in the short time we were blessed to have her here on Earth. Her smile and her song brought light to us all and she loved new adventures and new friends. She was an intelligent and talented writer who had a way of getting people to think beyond the surface. She was the best big sister ever, and was a daughter who was deeply, deeply loved. Mia is survived by her parents, George and Michelle Barajaz; brother, Benjamin Dean Barajaz; sisters, Sophia Elise Barajaz and Julia Claire Barajaz; grandparents, Jerry and Wanda Dean and Teresa and Rodolfo Mendoza; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends. She will forever remain in our hearts and we will treasure the many unforgettable memories, the laughter, the music, the talks, the hugs, and most of all her beautiful smile.
Our hearts are so heavy, but we take comfort that we will one day be with her again, laughing and singing with the angels.
