The Minden Crimson Tide baseball team is ready to get going on what many believe could be a special season.
This year, Minden will begin their quest for a State title by hosting the Minden Jamboree this Saturday at Griffith Stadium in Minden.
The baseball begins at noon with Northwood taking on Calvary, followed by Lakeside and Southwood at 2 p.m. and concluding with Minden facing Evangel at 4 p.m.
All games will be six innings and the concession stand will be open.
The Tide play their first regular season game Feb. 25 in the North DeSoto Tournament in Stonewall.
