The Minden Police Association will host its 2025 MPA Banquet on Saturday, August 30, at the Minden Civic Center. The event begins at 6 PM.
The banquet will include dinner, raffle prizes, and an auction. Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased from any association member or by commenting or messaging on the MPA’s Facebook page.
Several raffle drawings are being held in advance of the event, with winners announced during the banquet. Prizes include a Henry Golden Boy .22LR rifle, aWinchester safe, LSU football tickets with parking pass for the September 30 game against Southeastern, a Walther Arms PD380 pistol, and two chimineas. Raffle ticket prices range from $5 to $10 depending on the item, and winners do not have to be present to claim prizes.
In addition, a “split the pot” drawing is underway with tickets available for $5 each. The winning ticket will be drawn August 30 at the banquet.
